We are looking for our next long term team member! Seeking a Line Cook to join us at StackHouse Pub & Grill located in Chesterfield, Missouri. This is not a typical chain restaurant. Small staff, family atmosphere, accommodating management team. Our existing team is comprised of long term staff who are dedicated to their job. We are looking for good a team fit first. Be prepared to submit resume with minimum (2) professional references.

This position offers up to 40 hours a week.

Must have open availability

Job Responsibilities

Assume responsibility of food product quality

BBQ/Meat Smoking duties

Station setup, food preparation, cook, stock station, clean up

Clearly communicate with team members

Follow company procedure for safe food handling

Follow cleaning schedule, assist with dishes when necessary, and other kitchen duties as assigned

Qualifications

Experience on Grill, Sauté, preferred - willing to teach skills

Work effectively within a team

Ability to communicate

Common sense approach to work

Organization, cleanliness, time and task management a MUST

Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to multitask

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Reliable transportation required

Must work weekends

Authorized to work in the United States
