We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Taylor, TX. This role is ideal for someone who shows up ready to work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and thrives in a team environment.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Assist with general job site tasks

Move, load, and organize materials

Support team members with daily operations

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Perform a variety of physical, hands-on tasks as needed

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of construction or general labor experience

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Strong physical stamina and ability to work long shifts

Ability to follow instructions and work on a team

Strong work ethic and reliability

OSHA 10 Certification required (we will cover the cost if needed)

Compensation & Benefits

$19/hour

$400 Gas Bonus (first 8 weeks)

We understand commuting can be challenging, so we offer:

$50/week gas incentive for your first 8 weeks

Must maintain perfect attendance and punctuality to qualify
