We are looking for an AI Architect who thrives in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. This isn’t a task-based role; it’s a strategy-based role where you will be the technical lead on global automation projects for Silicon Valley founders.

The "Follow-the-Sun" Schedule

To ensure seamless collaboration with our US-based team, this role requires a dedicated 4-hour live overlap with both Eastern (ET) and Pacific Time (PT).

Standard Working Hours (Example for Sri Lanka/IST):

6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Monday – Friday)

Live Collaboration Window: 6:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Deep Work Window: 10:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (Focused execution during US business hours)

️ Your Mission (Core Tasks)

Architect Intelligent Workflows: Design and deploy end-to-end automations using Make.com, Zapier, and n8n.

AI Implementation: Build specialized AI Agents and Custom GPTs (OpenAI, Claude, Llama 3 APIs) to automate lead qualification and business operations.

CRM Orchestration: Clean and sync lead data between HubSpot, Salesforce, and Apollo using AI-driven enrichment tools.

Technical Liaison: Consult directly with US founders to identify technical bottlenecks and solve them with No-Code/Low-Code solutions.

Prompt Engineering: Fine-tune system prompts and stay ahead of the curve by testing new models daily.
