Payroll Specialist – Remote

3 Promise Labor Services is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to manage full-cycle payroll operations across multiple locations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting compliance, reporting, and coordination with HR and Finance. This is a remote position, offering flexibility while supporting a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time using ADP systems.

Enter and review timekeeping data and payroll information

Monitor payroll-related emails and communications

Set up and manage child support deductions

Process 401(k) contributions and company match

Generate payroll reports, including prevailing wage and certified payroll

Process prevailing wage reporting through LCP Tracker

Ensure compliance with wage notices and documentation requirements

Assist with registering and setting up tax accounts in new states and municipalities

Support Accounts Payable with payroll-related reporting

Partner with HR and Finance to ensure smooth payroll operations

Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data

Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of payroll or accounting experience

Experience with ADP payroll systems required

Knowledge of payroll processes, tax withholdings, and unemployment taxes

Experience with prevailing wage or certified payroll preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

Education

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
