Position Overview
AQ Adaptive Intelligence is seeking a Remote HR & Recruiting Assistant to support administrative tasks related to applicant tracking, communication coordination, and basic hiring workflow organization.
This is a fully remote contract position suitable for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow structured processes independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with organizing and reviewing incoming applications
• Support scheduling and coordination of candidate communications
• Maintain and update applicant records or tracking information
• Assist with basic administrative tasks related to hiring workflows
• Help ensure clear and consistent communication with candidates
• Support internal team coordination for recruitment processes
Requirements
• Strong written communication skills
• Basic computer and email proficiency
• Ability to follow structured instructions and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable internet connection for remote work
• No prior HR experience required (training provided)
