Job Description:

Sunset Island Bar & Grille in Ocean City, MD is looking for an experienced high-volume Bartender to join our team at our busy outdoor tiki bar. This is a fast-paced environment where speed, organization, and personality matter. You must be able to handle high-volume service while maintaining a positive attitude and great guest interaction. This is a high-volume bar — this is not a craft cocktail position.

Our location features a private beach, large pool area, outdoor patio, and waterfront views. This is a great summer job for an experienced bartender who wants to work hard and make great money in a fun environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately

Handle high-volume service in a fast-paced environment

Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner

Maintain a clean and organized bar

Stock and restock bar throughout shift

Handle cash and credit card transactions

Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines

Work as a team with servers, barbacks, and managers

Requirements:

Bartending experience required

High-volume bartending experience preferred

Ability to work quickly and stay organized under pressure

Outgoing personality and strong guest interaction skills

Ability to work outdoors in summer conditions

Nights, weekends, and holidays required
