Assign accurate ICD-9/ICD-10-CM and CPT/PCS codes for inpatient records

Review medical records to ensure complete and compliant documentation

Utilize EMR systems, 3M encoder, and HDS coding applications

Support proper billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle processes.

Maintain productivity and quality standards for inpatient coding workflows.

Ensure coding complies with AHIMA standards, federal regulations, and payor guidelines.

AHIMA certification such as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCP is required.
