Job Description
Minimum 1+ years Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist experience and ARRT certification required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:
Four 10-hour shifts per week
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM (varied days)
Minimum of 14 days of call per 6-week scheduling period, including 2 weekends
Call hours: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-7:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday, 24 hours
Key Qualifications:
Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with Vascular Interventional (VI) or Cardiac-Interventional (CI) credentials strongly preferred
Valid, current state radiology license as required
Demonstrated experience in a hospital interventional radiology or cath lab environment
Strong understanding of sterile technique, patient positioning, and radiation safety
Ability to adapt quickly and function efficiently under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist physicians with interventional radiology and cardiac procedures, including patient preparation, intra-procedural support, and post-procedure care
Operate sophisticated imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
Monitor patient status and vital signs during procedures
Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance standards
Document procedures, inventory, and monitor equipment performance and maintenance needs
