Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Michigan SLP license required

Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Strong communication and documentation skills
Your Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat student speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals
Monitor progress and document outcomes
Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote communicative success
Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student needs and interventions
Adapt therapeutic techniques for a range of behavioral and special needs across various disability types
Maintain compliance with state and federal special education laws and policies
