We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Bilingual Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates across diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal recruiting initiatives.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records.
Conduct HR sourcing activities including cold calling, relationship management, and leveraging social media platforms for talent generation.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment plans.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during all recruitment activities.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through research, networking, and proactive outreach efforts.
Coordinate employee orientation programs and assist with employee evaluation processes.
Support employer branding initiatives through social media management and outreach campaigns.
Stay informed about industry trends in talent management, labor law updates, and HRIS system enhancements such as Kronos or PeopleSoft.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in recruiting within a fast-paced environment, with familiarity in technical recruiting, executive search, campus recruitment, and HR sourcing techniques.
Fluent in Spanish and English required
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Lever, iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday; experience with HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft is preferred.
Knowledge of employment law regulations including labor standards and compliance requirements.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with HR tools such as ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, or Salesforce for employee data management.
Demonstrated ability to research market trends and generate leads for talent acquisition efforts.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and internal teams alike.
