Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Partnership Success Specialists to ensure high performance, motivation, and effective execution of daily tasks.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training sessions to elevate the team's skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor team KPIs, ensure targets are met, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
- Provide guidance and support in negotiations, sales strategy development, and partner management.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
Partnership Development & Sales
- Develop and maintain a strong network of IBs, Asset Managers, Affiliates, -Institutional/B2B clients, and White Labels.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen business relationships to ensure partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase the company's market share.
- Meet and exceed personal and team sales revenue targets.
Market & Business Strategy
- Actively follow and stay updated on global financial markets; discuss key market drivers with partners in a clear and professional manner.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify weaknesses, opportunities, and strategic advantages.
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from partners to internal teams (Product, --Marketing, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to support continuous improvement.
- Execute company strategies and contribute to planning and forecasting activities.
General Duties
- Prepare reports on team and personal performance, pipeline, and market insights for management.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, and networking activities when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by senior management.
Education & Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales, with at least 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Prior experience in Forex, Commodities, CFDs, or the broader Financial Services industry is a must.
Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related majors.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong existing network/book of IBs, partners, or affiliates is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of financial markets and trading products.
Experience managing a sales team and driving performance is a strong advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
Note: Experience working for forex broker in China prefered.
