Sr Java Developer

Responsibilities:

Interpret business needs and apply innovative technology solutions Requirements:

Senior developer/Tech Lead who needs minimal guidance, takes ownership and can be proactive in effective communication on issue resolutions

Experienced resource with proficient skills in Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, MQ, NDM, CI/CD using Jenkins & Agile methodologies, SQL Java Script, Oracle

At least 10+ years' experience in information technology, with 2 years of financial services, and 1-3 years of technical architecture experience

Motivated and driven technologist with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence

Application development knowledge and experience

Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall)

Experience in application implementation and maintenance

Experience working with technical design process and models

Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

Able to lead a small team and gather the status from the team

Ability to work efficiently in an Onshore-Offshore model Desired skills:

Financial services experience in Corporate / Wholesale Banking and/or Treasury / Cash Management
