Responsibilities:

The Office of Cannabis Management (OCM) oversees the State's Medical Cannabis Program, which ensures medical cannabis available for certified patients with serious conditions and is dispensed and administered in a manner that protects public health and safety. This Software Architect role is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of a portfolio of applications within this domain.

Required/Preferred Skills:

The Software Architect activities and responsibilities that will be required in this project include but are not limited to: Create new and maintain existing code base for all applications across the application domain. Create new and maintain existing webservices. Design and implement new functionalities across various applications. Refine architecture and integration components based on business needs. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. Dragonise and fix code issues for functionality, performance and security.

84 Months of experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) in designing and implementing Information Technology Solutions using Java programming language.

60 Months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.

60 Months of experience in using the Spring MVC framework and three of the five Spring components listed below: (specify the experience for the three components)

Spring Batch

Spring Security

Spring Web Services

Spring Integration

Spring Boot

48 Months of experience using JavaScript frameworks

24 Months of experience building and maintaining Responsive Web applications for mobile devices.

24 Months of experience developing Java Restful Web Services
