We are looking for a visionary Technical Leader specializing in RFID technology to spearhead our new Engineering Practice focused on the LATAM market. This is a high-impact role for someone who can bridge the gap between complex hardware/software integration and business growth. You will be the technical cornerstone for our LATAM expansion, working independently of our traditional mobility teams to build custom applications and win new projects. Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales & Bidding: Act as the technical face of the company in client meetings. Understand complex business requirements and translate them into winning project bids and technical proposals.

System Architecture: Design end-to-end applications leveraging RFID technology, ensuring seamless integration between hardware (tags, readers, antennas) and software (cloud, databases, enterprise systems).

Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team in LATAM. You will define the technical culture and standards for this new practice.

Strategic Delivery: Lead the development of complete applications from concept to deployment, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and tailored to the Latin American market.

Stakeholder Management: Work directly with executive leadership to align the engineering roadmap with business expansion goals. Required Qualifications

RFID Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience in RFID ecosystem design (LF, HF, UHF) and its application in industries like logistics, retail, or manufacturing.

Software Leadership: Proven track record of building and launching complex software applications. You should be comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.

Client-Facing Expertise: Strong ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and convert their needs into technical specifications.

Regional Experience: Strong understanding of the LATAM tech landscape and experience managing or building teams in the region.

Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ability to "move fast," work with ambiguity, and build a practice from the ground up.
