Job Description:

Responsible for working with field operations, marketing and management providing up to the minute reports and data.

Identify potential opportunities to maximize production in real time and initiate/take corrective action, working with field operations.

Monitor and analyze all facilities to detect equipment failures.

Communicate critical events to field operations personnel to maintain oil and gas production at highest rates possible.

Manage and communicate SCADA alarms using verbal and electronic media.

Identify service needs and dispatch service providers including water and oil transports and I&E personnel.

Assist field operations during incidents or emergencies.

Manage third party and PNR significant downtime events in a manner to influence optimal timing for events to occur.

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, to include special projects.

Requirements:

Proficient with digital tools and systems

Comfortable working with industry-specific software and hardware

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies

Experienced in using diagnostic, monitoring, and control systems

Capable of leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency

Technically proficient in field-based data entry and equipment interfaces

Ability to sit at a desk for 12 hour periods

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $31/hr, with overtime guarenteed

Schedule: 7/7 (Rotating Days/Nights)
