Qualifications

Must know Appian platform essentials

Knowledge of Business Process Management & Reengineering

Knowledge of how to integrate with web services, databases, or other systems

Ability to build process models and executable workflows

Ability to design dynamic user interfaces and complete applications

Ability to build and apply complex business rules

Ability to interpret and troubleshoot technical issues within Appian design objects Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As an experienced **BPM Developer,** you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes REQUIRED SKILLS

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

Appian Certified Senior Developer Certifications or Appian Certified Lead Developer Certification

4+ years of experience working in Appian

5+ years of experience in successful software delivery or software development

Experience leading Appian development teams

Knowledge of Appian platform essentials and suite of capabilities

Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications, specifically Appian

Experience with software delivery methodologies such as agile/scrum

Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities

Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products

Can operate independently or with minimum supervision

Excellent Written and Communication Skills

Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
