Estimator Specializing in Architectural Drafting

Enhance construction project efficiency as an Estimator with architectural drafting expertise. Focus on accurate labor and material cost estimation on-site while utilizing advanced CAD tools.

This role emphasizes preparing estimates by interpreting blueprints and creating detailed reports. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a directory of suppliers and trade contractors, as well as communicating with a variety of stakeholders to adjust estimates. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel will play a crucial part in your daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and submit comprehensive cost estimates • Draft pre-qualification submissions for prospective clients • Evaluate blueprints and specifications for the project • Operate CADD and related software systems efficiently • Establish cost monitoring and reporting systems

Requirements: • Between 7 months to 1 year of field experience • Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related • Strong skills in AutoCAD and MS Excel • Proven communication abilities • Must work on-site with no remote options
