Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and fast-paced manager to oversee operations at our new Subway Drive-Thru location in Smyrna, GA. This role requires a self-driven leader who can handle the demands of a busy drive-thru environment, ensure efficient service, and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling

Ensure customer satisfaction with prompt, friendly, and accurate service

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant and drive-thru areas

Ensure compliance with Subway’s operational policies and food safety standards

Handle inventory management, cash handling, and daily financial reporting

Drive team performance to meet sales and efficiency targets

Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a manager in a drive-thru setting

Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

Strong leadership and communication skills

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: A minimum of 2 year in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is essential.

Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
