Downtown Flavortown is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our restaurant, bar, and private dining experiences. We're all about FUN, FLAVOR, and FAMILY, and we need energetic leaders to help bring it all to life!

What You'll Do:

Lead and motivate a high-performing team across food, beverage, and service.

Deliver unforgettable guest experiences every shift.

Oversee staffing, scheduling, food safety, and service standards.

Support inventory, labor, and cost controls.

Be on the floor, in the action, coaching your team and helping guests.

Assist with private events and group service.

Keep things running smoothly - from POS troubleshooting to table touches.

What You'll Need:

1-3 years leadership experience in high-volume food & beverage.

Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Must love fast-paced environments and working with people.

ServeSafe & ABC Certification (or willingness to obtain).

Organized, motivated, and detail-focused.

Weekend, holiday, and evening availability.
