This role is responsible for translating enterprise infrastructure standards into disciplined daily execution at the site level.
Operating close to the work, you will lead technical teams, direct priorities for trades and vendors, and maintain control over maintenance execution, infrastructure readiness, and site-level risk. This is a highly accountable leadership role with direct impact on uptime, safety, compliance, and the quality of infrastructure operations every day.
Lead the site execution behind mission-critical infrastructure reliability.
What You Do Daily

Direct daily priorities for electricians, HVAC technicians, vendors, and supporting personnel to ensure the right maintenance and reliability work is being performed
Own site infrastructure readiness, including equipment condition, maintenance discipline, capacity awareness, and escalation of emerging risks
Coordinate and oversee maintenance, vendor activity, lifecycle work, and upgrades to ensure safe, effective, and controlled execution
Reinforce safety, compliance, documentation, and procedural discipline across all infrastructure activities
Partner with Infrastructure and Operations leadership to align site execution with enterprise standards and business needs
Provide technical leadership during incidents, maintenance events, and infrastructure-related decision-making
What Makes You a Good Fit
Deep experience with mission-critical electrical and mechanical systems in data centers or similar high-availability environments
Strong ability to lead trades and technical personnel while staying close enough to the work to set priorities and identify risk early
Solid judgment in balancing reliability, safety, urgency, and execution in a live critical environment
Experience overseeing maintenance execution, vendor coordination, and infrastructure readiness
Ability to translate standards into clear, actionable direction for site teams
Credibility with technicians and contractors, with a consistent focus on accountability and follow-through
Leadership Profile
Acts as the senior infrastructure leader at the site, with clear ownership of execution and technical discipline
Stays close to field activity without becoming reactive or task-driven
Creates clarity around priorities so teams are working on the right things at the right time
Holds teams and vendors accountable for safe, complete, and high-quality work
Escalates risk appropriately and partners effectively across functions
What Success Looks Like
Site infrastructure is reliable, well-maintained, and operated with strong discipline
Trades and vendors are consistently focused on the right maintenance and reliability priorities
Equipment condition, capacity concerns, and risks are identified early and managed proactively
Safety, compliance, and documentation standards are visible in day-to-day execution
Maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle work are executed without creating avoidable risk
The site has strong confidence in infrastructure leadership, prioritization, and follow-through
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities, or related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years in mission-critical facilities, data center infrastructure, or similar environments
3+ years of leadership experience over infrastructure, facilities, or skilled technical teams
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, cooling, etc.)
Experience with maintenance execution, vendor coordination, incident response, and infrastructure compliance
Familiarity with safety requirements in critical environments (LOTO, arc flash, etc.)
Ability to communicate effectively with trades, site leadership, and enterprise teams
