Tech Lead/Lead Developer for various platforms (existing and new) managing the full life cycle implementation of multiple part system projects.
Duties include:
-Working with Project Team and Business to determine needs and building/applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs
-Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines
-Recording work progress on a weekly basis
-Documentation
-Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, development functionality, testing and support
-Ability to develop large scale web/database applications including front end/back end/APIs and integrations
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software systems.
-Deploy applications and monitor performance in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
-Create and maintain technical documentation for future reference
REQUIRED
• Full Stack .Net Development with SQL Server expertise: Strong understanding of the front-end and back-end development process.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages, web applications, databases, and hosting environments.
• Understanding of cloud Architecture
• Proficiency with C# and familiarity with its coding environment.
• Proficiency of the .NET framework and its newest features.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js for responsive UI/UX
• Strong understanding of the structure and logic of Object-Oriented programming.
• Good knowledge of databases, server configuration, and user interface.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, and ORM tools like Entity Framework
• Ability to design microservices, optimize performance, and ensure scalability
• Experience working in a Tech lead/lead dev role

1) Automotive industry background, business acumen & understanding of OEM-Dealer eco-system

3) Working knowledge of using AI for various use cases including system optimization & development of new systems
