Job Description

* Support Project Managers with submittals, RFIs, and change orders

* Track schedules, costs, and procurement for assigned scopes

* Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

* Participate in site visits to monitor progress and quality

* Leverage internal training to build technical and leadership skills

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Engineer should have:

* 1+ years of construction experience on $5M+ projects

* Exposure to healthcare, education, or light industrial work

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

* Strong organizational and communication skills

* Proactive mindset with long-term leadership potential
