Location: Kenton, OH

Be part of a team that produces essential, everyday products used across the country. This facility manufactures food-grade cups, lids, and cartons you see in restaurants, stores, and events everywhere.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you can start strong and build into higher-paying positions. With great attendance and performance, employees can advance into quality, warehouse, and machine operator roles earning $22 to $24+ per hour.

Starting Pay: $18.96/hour+ Weekly Pay Every Tuesday

Shift: 12-hour rotating schedule (every other weekend)

7AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7AM

What You'll Do:

Package finished cups from automated machines into labeled boxes

Inspect products for defects such as rim issues, print errors, or contamination

Ensure all products meet food safety and quality standards

Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipment

Communicate with machine operators and team members to keep production running smoothly

Keep your work area clean and organized

Working with auto-baggers, stackers, and quality checks throughout production.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to stand continuously and perform repetitive tasks

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused

Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Willingness to learn and grow

No jewelry permitted on production floor

Smoke-free facility including vaping and tobacco products
