EHS Manager

An industrial manufacturing company is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee the Environmental, Health, and Safety function at its Chanhassen, MN facility. This role is responsible for promoting a safe work environment within a manufacturing setting and ensuring compliance with all environmental and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to foster a strong, positive safety culture. The Role:

Promote a proactive EHS culture across the three facilities, with a heavy focus on employee engagement

Supervise adherence to EHS core values for site operations, oversee the site’s EHS systems, and drive ongoing improvements in EHS practices

Track safety documentation and adherence to regulations; perform regular inspections. xywuqvp

Supports company interface with regulatory authorities for regulatory visits, requests and submissions for the region.

The Candidate:

3-5 years of hands-on EHS experience working in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment

Bachelor Degree discipline (preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage others
