Job Description

Family Support Program Manager

Hybrid Full-Time Licensed Clinician

Lead with purpose. Support families. Grow a team that matters.

Autism Delaware is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional who’s ready to step into a meaningful leadership role supporting families impacted by autism across the state.

This is not a high-volume clinical position — it’s a people-centered leadership role for someone who enjoys mentoring staff, improving systems, collaborating with community partners, and leading with compassion.

Why You’ll Want This Role

Lead a dedicated team doing impactful, family-driven work

Hybrid and flexible — balance in-office connection with remote work

Supportive, trauma-informed workplace culture

Four weeks paid time off, plus holidays

Health & wellness benefits

Opportunity to shape programs, policies, and practice

What You’ll Do

Provide clinical and case supervision to Family Support Providers

Support staff growth through coaching, training, and mentorship

Oversee quality, compliance, and documentation standards

Collaborate with internal teams and community partners statewide

Represent Autism Delaware in collaborative and systems-level meetings

Help strengthen services for families navigating autism supports

What We’re Looking For

Master’s degree in a behavioral health field

Active licensure (LCSW, LPCMH, LMFT, or similar)

Experience supervising or leading a team

Knowledge of autism and family support systems

Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

Commitment to a respectful, collaborative, and mission-driven workplace

Lived experience parenting a child with autism is welcomed.

Our Mission

At Autism Delaware, our mission is simple and powerful:

To help people and families affected by autism.

We believe the best support starts with how we treat each other — with kindness, professionalism, and care.
