Associate Advisor
We are seeking a driven and technically strong Associate Advisor who believes great financial planning changes lives — and that excellence comes from discipline, preparation, and teamwork.
This role is for a developing advisor who takes ownership of their growth, commits to mastering their craft, and understands that client trust is earned through preparation and follow-through. You will partner closely with senior advisors to build thoughtful strategies, prepare thoroughly for meetings, and ensure recommendations are implemented with precision. This role does include operational tasks as well.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Strategy Execution
Build and maintain comprehensive financial plans
Conduct retirement, tax, and scenario modeling
Analyze investment portfolios and develop allocation recommendations
Apply disciplined portfolio construction principles
Client Preparation & Meeting Support
Account opening, money movements and other operational tasks
Prepare detailed, organized client meeting materials
Attend meetings and contribute with clarity and professionalism
Explain planning strategies and investment recommendations in a clear, confident manner
Ensure documentation and compliance standards are upheld
Implementation & Ownership
Oversee execution of planning recommendations
Coordinate investment and strategy implementation
Track action items and ensure timely, accurate completion
Maintain integrity of planning software and CRM systems

Independently prepares comprehensive, high-quality financial plans
Clearly articulates recommendations and earns client confidence
Demonstrates reliability and earns advisor trust in client preparation
Completes (or is nearing completion of) CFP® designation
Proactively identifies ways to improve planning processes
Shows consistent follow-through and accountability
What we are looking for:
Experience
3–7 years in wealth management or financial planning
Experience building and updating financial plans
Participation in client meetings and plan presentation
Technical Proficiency
Strong command of financial planning software
Understanding of portfolio construction and asset allocation
Experience with tax and retirement modeling
Comfort navigating CRM systems and advisor technology
Credentials
Bachelor’s degree required
Series 7 and 66 OR Series 65 required
CFP® designation completed or actively in progress
