Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Qualifications-
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Experience with SAP or MES preferred
Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers or gauges preferred
Ability to read write interpret and comprehend specifications in English
Ability to perform basic math calculations
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
Responsible for operating equipment safely and producing quality products per documentation Perform quality checks changeovers SAP data entries and basic troubleshooting Ensure compliance with quality systems policies procedures and safety regulations Maintain regular attendance and support team based production environment
Responsibilities
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Perform visual inspections and quality checks
Conduct basic troubleshooting and changeovers
Perform line clearance cleaning and sanitizing of equipment
Achieve production and quality goals
Perform SAP and MES data entries
Maintain compliance with GMP FDA and ISO standards
Support rework and continuous improvement activities
Assist with root cause analysis and problem solving
Work collaboratively within a team environment
Additional Notes
Must be able to work third shift schedule
Must be flexible for overtime and weekend work
Role requires working in a production environment with quality and safety standards
