We are currently seeking a Program Manager for our Mobile Clinic to provide leadership, operational oversight, and support to a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality behavioral health services (by bringing recovery to the communities that need it most). Position Summary
As part of that commitment, we are expanding access to care through a mobile treatment unit that delivers services directly where they are needed most. The Program Manager in this role will oversee the daily operations of the mobile unit, coordinating service schedules, supporting outreach and community partnerships, and ensuring the multidisciplinary team is equipped to deliver high-quality care in community settings. This position also includes safely operating the mobile treatment unit to service locations and ensuring the unit is prepared for service delivery, helping bring compassionate, evidence-based treatment directly to individuals who may otherwise face barriers to care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily workflow, staffing, training, and development of program staff.
Lead onboarding and engagement efforts to support successful employee integration.
Provide clear expectations, coaching, and ongoing performance feedback.
Coordinate services to support a multidisciplinary approach to care.
Partner with Compliance to ensure adherence to documentation standards, policies, and regulations
Monitor and manage resources within budgetary guidelines.
Assist in setting program goals, tracking outcomes, and driving continuous improvement.
Utilize problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to support a positive team environment.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and referral sources.Core Competencies

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience
Licensure/Certification (Preferred):
CADC, LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCAS (may be required based on program needs)
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)Supervisory Responsibilities
Direct supervision of clinical staff within the outpatient programWork Environment
This position operates in a professional office setting with regular interaction with staff, clients, families, and community partners. Responsibilities include desk work, walking, and frequent use of the phone and computer systems. Occasional travel may be required. Hybrid flexibility is available.
