Support the design of best-in-class data infrastructure that is scalable, sustainable, and positioned for future GenAI applications

Ensure data quality, consistency, documentation, governance, and transparency across dashboards, datasets, and analytical assets

Operate within established risk and controls frameworks, including process documentation, validation, issue identification, and remediation support

Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, infrastructure efficiency, and the usability of data and dashboards for business partners

Translate business requirements into technical and reporting solutions that improve access to trusted data and actionable reporting

Partner across strategy, finance, risk, and analytics teams to support business processes that rely on data infrastructure and reporting accuracy

Maintain strong process discipline and support sustainable execution across recurring analytical and reporting needs

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

4+ years of Business Analysis, Analytics, Reporting, or Data Infrastructure experience

Desired Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience with data management, reporting, dashboard development, analytics infrastructure, or business intelligence tools

Advanced proficiency with SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Power BI, and Power Apps

Experience building and enhancing dashboards, reporting environments, and data solutions for business stakeholders

Experience supporting data infrastructure, reporting automation, and scalable analytical processes

Experience working with large, complex datasets, including data validation, quality assurance, and documentation

Experience operating in risk and control environments with strong governance and process discipline

Ability to partner across business and technical teams to deliver practical data and reporting solutions
