Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator who is skilled in inspecting parts to drawing requirements and troubleshooting malfunctions as necessary. The ideal candidate will review setup sheets and specifications to determine setup procedures and ensure efficient machining operations.

Responsibilities

Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials onto machines.

Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials for machining work based on work instructions.

Troubleshoot malfunctions and report needed repairs.

Review setup sheets and specifications to determine setup procedures.Essential Skills

3+ years experience with CNC machine operation.

Experience with 3-5 axis CNC machining.

Blueprint reading proficiency.

Setup experience preferred.

Precision machining skills.

Experience with Fanuc controls.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Vertical lathe operation experience is a plus.

Experience with manual machining is beneficial.

Familiarity with Blohm Creek grinder, 3 axis Haas, and vertical turning lathe is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a well-lit, clean, and professional manufacturing warehouse with no safety concerns. Though it may get slightly warm during summer, the facility is air-conditioned. The work schedule consists of Friday to Sunday 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm). Initial training requires commitment to Monday-Thursday 1st Shift for at least 3 months before transferring to preferred shifts. Workshop hours are from 5:30am-4:00pm for 1st Shift and 3:30pm-2:00am for 2nd Shift. 2nd Shift positions offer a 10% Shift Differential after training.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jupiter, FL.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
