Regional (Poltava, Sumy) Junior Account Manager DIVISION 2000
What you will do:
Managing assigned customers – Hub & Sub distributors
Delivering given sales targets and other KPI in line with company objectives
Delivering assigned individual targets and other projects in line with company objectives
Building distribution of the wide assortment range in the given region by close cooperation with customers
Creating, management and implementation central and local activities with assigned customers
Developing closer cooperation with distributors / wholesalers / key stores in the assigned region
Developing closer cooperation with local key stores
Close cooperation with BIC Regional Field force team, esp. within assigned region
Close cooperation with wholesalers’ sales force to grow sell-out & distribution
BDF/local budget managment in line with BIC direction
Active co-creation of the Div2000 strategy and action plan to deliver long term growth
Preparing business analysis, data-driven recommendations or delivering requested data and reports to Account Associate Manager & Sales Manager Div2000
Establishing “Best practice” and sharing approach within the Div 2000 Team
Optimize internal communication and close cooperation with other departments such as Marketing, Customer Service and Finance
Gather information on competitors’ activities, new products and share this information to Sales Manager, Key Accounts Managers, Marketing and Business Development;
Gather information relating to the customer reaction on products in the store and share this information to colleagues in other departments such as Marketing & Customer Service;
Submit reports and analysis to Account Associate Manager

Requirements
Higher education.
Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience on a similar position
Strong knowledge of active sales techniques.
Negotiation skills.
Presentation skills.
Confident PC user (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint).
Excel and Power BI
Valid Category B driving licence
