Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients
Educate customers on green energy solutions and home efficiency upgrades
Present customized solutions based on customer needs
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Stay up to date on products, incentives, and industry trends
Qualifications
Previous sales experience preferred (but not required—we provide training)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
