Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues

Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and facility areas

Complete mechanical and basic electrical repairs as needed

Disassemble and reassemble machinery to remove and replace defective parts

Utilize tools such as wrenches, drills, hoists, gauges, and testing equipment

Work with contractors and technicians when outside repair support is required

Follow SQF Food Safety standards and maintain accurate documentation

Support a safe, clean, and orderly work environment

Assist cross-functional teams to achieve production goalsWhat You Bring

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required

High school diploma or GED; technical certification preferred

Ability to read manuals, blueprints, and schematics

Skilled with mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment setup

Welding/Fabrication experience is a plus

Strong communication and time-management skills

Ability to work independently and make good decisions

Safety-conscious and reliable

Ability to lift, bend, twist, use ladders, and stand for shift durationBenefits
