Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel.

Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security standards.

Manage incident response, including investigating and reporting security breaches.

Recruit, train and mentor security staff on best practices and emergency procedures.

Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and emergency services as needed.

Prepare comprehensive reports on security operations and incidents.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of security operations, protocols, and regulations.

Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
