In this role, you will:Provide 1:1 and small-group support as directed by classroom teachers and staff Assist students in daily routines, classroom transitions, and encourage active participation Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs, depending on student needs Offer mobility, supervision, and personal care assistance Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and encouraging school environment Adapt to the evolving needs of students and classrooms Requirements for school compliance:High school diploma or GED Minimum age of 18 TB test (as required by district guidelines) Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as necessary Ability to provide or obtain current clearances prior to starting Preferred Experience:Experience in educational, behavioral health, or childcare settings Previous support for students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges Exposure to CPI, PMT, or RBT (not required, but helpful) Reliable, patient, and collaborative approach to work Enjoy unique benefits such as weekly pay, assignments that fit your schedule, and quick access to support through an easy-to-use chat feature in the app.
