RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review project details and ensure the crew has all necessary tools and materials

Lead installations for residential and light commercial projects, meeting industry standards

Train apprentices, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with customers

Delegate tasks, maintain efficiency, and ensure a clean, professional worksite

SCHEDULE:

This Lead HVAC Installer - HVAC Installation Technician position works full-time with overtime available. Some weekend work will be required, and your hours will be discussed in the interview!

QUALIFICATIONS:

4+ years of HVAC installation experience

EPA certification

Strong leadership skills, including delegation and on-the-job training

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems and components

Proficiency in soldering techniques

NATE certification
