Total Rewards Intern - month contract

Job title: Total Rewards Intern – 12 month contract

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Total Rewards team for a 12-month placement. This role offers hands-on experience supporting compensation, benefits, and reward-related activities, with a strong focus on data accuracy, Excel-based analysis, and operational support.

Your Mission:

Assist with data validation and quality checks across compensation datasets

Use Excel to review, clean, and maintain large data sets (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and internal presentations

Help maintain employee reward data in HR systems and ensure accuracy and consistency

Assist in benchmarking and market data analysis for compensation reviews

Provide administrative support for reward cycles (e.g., salary reviews, bonus processes)

Document processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency

Your Profile:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data validation, formulas, basic analysis)

High attention to detail and accuracy

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion

Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn
