Job Description
Bella is looking for a Floor Manager to lead the guest experience and support daily operations on the floor.
This is a hands-on role focused on service, team support, and making sure every guest has a great experience. This position does not take tables — the focus is on managing the floor, assisting the team, and keeping service running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
Oversee service and flow of the dining room
Support servers, hosts, and bartenders during service
Handle guest interactions and resolve issues quickly
Ensure service standards are met consistently
Assist with training, organization, and daily operations
Work closely with ownership and leadership team
What we’re looking for:
Strong hospitality and guest service mindset
Experience in a restaurant environment (serving or leadership)
Ability to stay calm and lead during busy shifts
Team-oriented, organized, and proactive
Someone who takes ownership and leads by example
