Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, you will be part of the Business Application Department. You will work in collaboration with the analysts of all the different modules of JD Edwards to modify or create orchestrations, reports, applications as well as external programs that interface with the JD Edwards system. You will also ensure that objectives are met while promoting and respecting Agnico Eagle's values, the health and safety code of conduct and the environment.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to finalize technical designs and solution architectures
Participate in functional and technical analysis across multiple business domains (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Maintenance, etc.);
Design, develop, and maintain JDE orchestrations, reports, and custom applications
Develop and enhance web, mobile, and progressive web applications, primarily using platforms such as Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service
Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis in production and non-production environments
Build and maintain integrations and interfaces between JDE and external systems;
Contribute to the adoption of AI-driven capabilities (e.g., intelligent agents, automation, conversational interfaces) that interact with JDE and related business applications;
Modify, optimize, and support existing custom solutions across ERP and non-ERP platforms;
Participate in application lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, documentation, and support
Act as a technical resource person for JD Edwards Analysts and users.
University Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline;
Solid understanding of application architecture, systems analysis and design, development methodologies, and application lifecycle management;
Knowledge of ERP-based business processes (Finance, Inventory, Logistics, Payroll, etc.);
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Java, JavaScript, or similar;
Exposure to web, mobile, or progressive web application development;
Interest in or experience with automation, orchestration, and AI-enabled solutions is considered an asset;
Experience with relational databases (SQL / Oracle);
Bilingual (French/English).
Your Work Schedule
Schedule: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Possibility of 5/2-4/3 schedule;
Workplace: Possibility to work in one of AEM's offices closer to your residence in Rouyn-Noranda, Val-d'Or, Mirabel or Toronto. There is a possibility to have a hybrid work schedule, working some days from an AEM office and some days in telecommuting.
