Pest Control Technician

Job Description

Local Sumter pest control company seeking a motivated and dependable Pest Control Technician to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with prior pest control experience who is looking to grow with a company that values hard work and reliability. A company vehicle will be provided upon successful completion of training!

Responsibilities:

· Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and determine the appropriate treatment plan

· Apply pesticides and other pest control solutions safely and effectively in accordance with state and federal regulations

· Communicate with clients in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions and concerns

· Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each visit

· Follow all safety protocols and company procedures at all times

· Represent the company professionally in the community

Qualifications:

· Prior pest control experience preferred

· Valid driver's license required

· Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required

· Must pass a pre-employment background check

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual

· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
