Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead all operations of one of the region's premier authentic Italian fine dining destinations. This is a rare opportunity for a hospitality leader who combines sophisticated business acumen with a genuine, deep love of Italian culinary culture. You will be the steward of our guest experience, the architect of our team's success, and the operational backbone that enables the kitchen and service teams to perform at their peak — night after night, across 300+ covers per service. You will set the tone, protect the culture, and drive the business.
People & Culture
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain a world-class front-of-house team
Create and manage service team schedules to align with business volume and labor goals
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and development conversations
Foster a culture of accountability, Italian culinary pride, and genuine hospitality
Financial Management
Own and manage P&L with full accountability for FOH labor, operating costs, and revenue
Develop and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly budgets in partnership with ownership
Analyze sales trends, cover counts, and check averages to drive revenue strategies
Monitor and control inventory, vendor relationships, and cost-of-goods
Oversee cash handling, POS integrity, and nightly reconciliation procedures
Required
7+ years of progressive restaurant management experience in a fine dining or upscale full-service environment
Demonstrated success managing high-volume operations
Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine
Proven P&L management experience and financial literacy
Strong leadership presence with the ability to command respect and inspire a diverse team
