Job Description
Responsibilities
Connect with inbound leads and qualify them based on business profile and funding requirement
Understand basic financial details (turnover, banking, loan requirement, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the founder
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and client data
Follow up with clients for documentation and required information
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application status and processing updates
Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of cases
Support in maintaining a structured pipeline of active cases
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA preferred)
0–3 years of experience in sales, tele-calling, banking, NBFC, or financial services
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Basic understanding of business loans / working capital (preferred)
Comfortable with CRM tools, Excel, and documentation handling
Organized, disciplined, and process-oriented
Ideal Candidate
Interested in building a career in banking, finance, or credit advisory
Strong ownership mindset (not a typical tele-calling approach)
Ability to handle clients professionally and persistently
High willingness to learn and grow
