Key Responsibilities
Manage daily IT operations and support services
Ensure systems are running smoothly with minimal downtime
Handle incidents, problems, and changes (ITIL process)
Lead and support IT teams (L1/L2/L3)
Work with stakeholders and vendors
Monitor service performance and improve efficiency
Requirements
8+ years of IT experience
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Experience with tools like ServiceNow or Jira
Basic understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Good communication and leadership skills
Nice to Have
ITIL Certification
Experience in Agile/DevOps
