Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support client-server applications
Troubleshoot server, application, and cloud issues
Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Handle incidents, tickets, and service requests
Perform system updates, patching, and maintenance
Work with teams to resolve technical problems
Ensure system performance, availability, and security
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in support or cloud environment
Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers
Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Experience with troubleshooting and ticketing tools
Good communication skills
Nice to Have:
Cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
Experience with monitoring tools
