Position Overview:

Our State Farm agency is seeking a dependable, outgoing, and enthusiastic Customer Relations / Marketing Specialist to help represent our office at community and special events. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys interacting with people, creating a positive first impression, and bringing energy to every event.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend and represent the agency at local events, fairs, and sponsorships

Transport and set up marketing displays, tables, signage, and giveaways

Engage with attendees in a bubbly and convincing manner to generate interest

Assist with event logistics and ensure everything runs smoothly on-site

Help coordinate event schedules and materials as neededRequirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable being on your feet for the duration of events

Outgoing and approachable personality with a persuasive presence

Dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation for travel to and from events

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for special eventsPosition Details:

Starting pay: $16 per hour
