The firm is seeking an attorney to assist with estate planning, elder law, and related matters. Candidates with direct estate planning experience will be given priority, though the firm is also open to training the right attorney who has transferable skills, a strong work ethic, and interest in the practice area. Responsibilities
Advise clients on estate planning matters including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents
Assist with elder law planning, asset protection, and long-term care considerations
Support probate, trust administration, and estate settlement matters as needed
Meet directly with clients to understand goals and provide practical legal guidance
Draft legal documents and maintain organized, timely case management
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff across the firm's offices
Qualifications
Active Wisconsin Bar license in good standing
Prior estate planning experience preferred
Candidates from related practice areas willing to transition into trusts & estates / elder law encouraged to apply
Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills
Client-focused mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively

$95,000–$120,000+ annual salary, depending on experience
