Data Entry and Annotation Specialist

Job Description

Pangram Labs is hiring a data entry and annotation specialist to source, collect, format, and label training data for our best-in-class AI detection model. You’ll help build high quality datasets that power our machine learning models by organizing and labeling data. You will have the opportunity to learn from AI researchers and engineers and contribute to a cutting-edge AI research project.

Job roles and responsibilities include:

Source and collect data from the internet for evaluation sets and training datasets

Copy and organize information from the web into spreadsheets and our internal labeling website

Label and annotate data using browser based tools

Research and identify leads and relevant data points based on project requirements

Follow annotation guidelines and maintain quality standards across data entries

Flag inconsistencies, edge cases, or ambiguous data for review

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy over repetitive tasks

Proficiency with spreadsheets and web browsers

Comfortable navigating the Internet with a web browser

Ability to follow detailed instructions

Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Nice to have

Previous experience with data entry, transcription, or annotation

Familiarity with AI or Machine Learning concepts
