The Role:

As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with timely and effective assistance through live chat. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.

Assist customers with product-related questions and troubleshooting.

Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.

Maintain knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.

Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic customer support team, working closely with other agents and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Experience in customer service or support roles.

Technical skills in using chat support software and CRM systems.

Strong written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
