We are looking for an experienced Senior Controller / FP&A to strengthen our finance organization and lead core FP&A topics across Europe, with close alignment to our US headquarters. This role includes line management responsibility for a team of two FP&A professionals and strong interaction with senior stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for revenues, costs and marginsPrepare and analyze management reporting for European management and US HQAct as a finance business partner to sales, supply chain and operationsOwnership of inventory valuation and close collaboration with operationsMonitor cost structures and identify financial risks and optimization opportunitiesSupport closing activities and ensure alignment with group reporting standardsLead and develop a team of 2 direct reportsDrive continuous improvement of FP&A processes and reporting toolsYOUR PROFILE Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business AdministrationSeveral years of experience in FP&A / Controlling, ideally in retail or consumer goodsStrong know-how in costing, inventory accounting and margin analysisPrior experience in an international environment, ideally with US stakeholdersStrong analytical and communication skillsAdvanced Excel and ERP experience; BI tools are a plusFluent English and German are requiredStructured, proactive and hands-on leadership styleWHAT WE OFFER A key finance leadership role with international exposureDirect interaction with European management and US headquartersHybrid working model with office in PenzbergCompetitive compensation and development opportunitiesDynamic and collaborative team environmentHAVE WE SPARKED YOUR INTEREST?
