You will supervise, coordinate, and administer state and federal subgrant agreements while tracking grant budgets and spending – and providing timely updates to DSW administration and grant program managers. You will help program staff with the selection of subgrantees, ensure appropriate subgrant workplan and environmental deliverables, and coordinate activities like contract executions, payment approvals, and fiscal status reports.
You are going to ensure subgrantee compliance with federal and state grant guidance and regulations, and review and approve quarterly fiscal reports, payment requests, and progress reports through a grant tracking system.
